Concert Music

The Mountain Spring was written in 2018 for the Oregon State University Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Chris Chapman. The piece is built on a four note theme of B, C, F, and G. Throughout the work, the theme is rearranged and re-envisioned to create three sections. The sections depict the journey from a small spring to the ocean.
